Any adult sponsor or leader of a church based youth (from ages 12 to 17) or children’s (birth through age 11) activity (for example Sunday School, Sunday night, or a Youth retreat) is required to have an approved Child Protection Policy (CPP) form on record at Grace.
This applies to all church activities and programs, regardless of location, including Volunteers, and compensated workers (Paid Staff) involved with children or youth.
Once approval is granted, renewals occur every other year.
Steps for renewal or an initial CPP application include:
- contact the CPP administrator at cppadmin@gpcarlington.org or
- contact the Church office at office@gpcarlington.org or
- download the Child Protection forms at: CPP_forms, complete them, and return them to the church office.
